Unlike other eating fads that spawn from social media, Biscoff Fried Chicken is catapulted into popularity by restaurants.
Establishments like The Food Alchemist in Wolverhampton are using it and making Biscoff Fried Chicken a street staple.
However, you too can prepare this interesting treat at home because it is surprisingly easy to cook.
This recipe from The Food Lover Blog is foolproof, so now is the time to try this unusual delicacy for yourself.

- 1 cup and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (separate bowls)
- Massage the drumsticks with salt and pepper, do not hesitate to add the spices of your choice.
- Combine 1 cup of flour, seasoned breadcrumbs, crushed biscoff and cornstarch in a shallow dish.
- Place 1/2 cup of the flour in another shallow dish and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Dredge the seasoned chicken in plain flour, coat with beaten eggs and dredge in the flour / Biscoff mixture (be generous).
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the drumsticks coated on both sides until golden brown. (The estimated time is 5 minutes on each side).
- Serve garnished with dill leaves and a sweet and sour dip.
