The long week awaits you and the only way to survive the July gloom is to please your stomach with crispy and tasty dishes. While you might prefer to order your fast food snacks at home with one click, why not have a try at home cooking. If you’re a meat lover, these air-fried breaded chicken nuggets are the easiest snack you can make at home in minutes. Invented in the 1950s, chicken nuggets were originally called chicken crisp and have always been a favorite with children and young adults. It’s also a great side dish to spice up a shot of good wine or any other alcoholic beverage.
You can use chicken fillets or sliced chicken breasts to make this mouthwatering dish. Marinate the meat slices with a mixture of chili powder, turmeric powder, curd, pepper and a pinch of salt if you want your dish to have an Indian spicy flavor. Refrigerate them for half an hour.

Meanwhile, take a pan with oil and heat some breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes crumbly and loose. You can also replace the oil with butter if needed.

Beat an egg in another bowl and keep it aside.
Now simply dip each sliced piece of chicken in the egg bowl, then cover it completely with breadcrumbs. The egg mixture helps the crumbs adhere well to the meat. So, be sure to evenly cover the chicken with the egg mixture. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees before placing the chicken slices in the air fryer basket. Bake them for 12 to 13 minutes until you see the golden brown color and your dish is crisp. Take it out of the deep fryer and serve hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
