Garten demonstrated how to make his Lemon Orzo Crispy Chicken Recipe in an episode of barefoot countess. “I make Italian classics, my way,” she explained at the top of the show. Garten had a simple tip for getting the best crispy results when making this chicken dish.

While the chicken was roasting in the oven, Garten was cooking the orzo. She added salt to the boiling water, poured out the orzo, and brought the water to a boil. Then she simmered it uncovered for 10 minutes.

After Garten drained the orzo, she added it to a bowl with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, feta cheese and dill. fresh and mixed everything up.
