While most sizzlers are served on hotplates, these may not be available from us. So, a great alternative to this can be a cast iron griddle or a Tawa or a non-stick pan. Now let’s see how we can make delicious sizzlers at home.

Here’s how to make a vegetarian sizzler

Since the sizzler contains two to three different dishes, you can choose which dish you want to prepare. But if you want a well-balanced flavor, make Hakka noodles with light spices first. With it, make a spicy scehzwan sauce with Manchurian flavors or chili paneer. Now, for a bit of crunch, fry some spring rolls and top them with fried noodles and hot sauce.

To prepare this, first heat the cast iron griddle or a Tawa or a non-stick pan, now add three cabbage leaves on the bottom. Now put the noodles, the spicy sauce and the spring rolls. Finally, decorate with a few spring onions and enjoy hot!

To whip up the non-vegetarian flavors, start by making delicious chili garlic noodles with chunks of chicken. Make sure the two flavors blend together. Then cook a spicy sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauces and spices – add mixed vegetables like broccoli, onion, carrots, mushrooms, fried paneer and others of your choice.
