First, precook the chicken with all the spices in a liter of water and filter when cooked. Dry roast the black peppercorns, green cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon. Put these spices in a mortar and pestle and grind them into powder. Heat the refined oil in a pan, add the ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt to taste. Sauté it lightly. To this add the kasturi methi, chopped cilantro, cashew paste and mix it with all the other ingredients.

Add the garam masala and the cream. Finally, add the precooked chicken and mix well. Simmer 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Once cooked, serve it with a little chutney.
