Biryani is a very popular and delicious rice dish all over Asia. This dish is prepared by mixing special spices, meat and rice. It is often served with yogurt and salads.

Mumbai Biryani Special Chicken is one of the tastiest and most popular dishes in India and Pakistan.

The right amount of spices makes it more delicious. It is often served with raita and salads. If you’ve never tried it, here is the recipe.


½ teaspoon nutmeg powder, star anise

1 teaspoon of garam masala powder

2 or 3 bay leaves

2 of 3 Cardamom

1 teaspoon of cumin

2 teaspoons of coriander

1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

½ teaspoon 1 black pepper

1 cup of yogurt

1kg of chicken

½ kg of ghee

1kg of rice

Salt to taste

Water as needed

2 chopped onions

2 crushed tomatoes

4-5 pieces of chopped potatoes

1 cup of cilantro and mint

To make Biryani Masala: Grind nutmeg, jaggery, cloves, ground black pepper, anise flowers, cardamom, cumin and cinnamon in a grinder.

Now add the coriander powder, cloves, chopped red peppers, aloe vera, bay leaves, cardamom, turmeric powder, cumin powder, crushed red peppers, salt as needed, seasoned black pepper and mix well.

Now put the prepared spices in the curd and set it aside.

Heat the ghee in a pan, add the oil and onion, let it fry, then add the chicken and cook until it changes color.

Now add the garlic paste to the ginger and mix well.

Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Then add the yogurt to the mixed spices and brown and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Now add the remaining spices and chopped potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the half-boiled rice and simmer for 15 minutes.

The delicious Bombay Biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
